Timeline and Special Events Schedule

July 6 - August 16 Tournament Chairman Dave Shillinglaw will be doing special appearances on local radio and TV media promoting the event.
June 6 - August 30

Thirty second TV and radio spots begin running on (The Golf Channel) and 1620 The Zone Radio:

    Two-Three different spots including:
  1. Promoting the event for entries
  2. Promoting the event for spectators (announcing the event is full)
  3. An after the event thank you to sponsors and champions
July 31

All GOLD/SILVER Level sponsors need to have the names of their exemption(s) to the tournament staff including all information on the entry blank.

August 10 - August 12 Course set-up at Bent Tree Golf Club. All banners, signage etc....
August 13 Day one of the tournament. Play begins at 7:00 AM.
August 14 Day two of the tournament, play begins at 7:00 AM. Awards Presentation begins after completion of play at approximately 6:30 PM.
