Timeline and Special Events Schedule

July 6 - August 16	Tournament Chairman Dave Shillinglaw will be doing special appearances on local radio and TV media promoting the event.
June 6 - August 30	Thirty second TV and radio spots begin run throughout on Cox Communications (The Golf Channel) and The ZONE- 1620 Omaha’s ESPN Radio Two-Three different spots including: Promoting the event for entries Promoting the event for spectators (announcing the event is full) An after the event thank you to sponsors and champions
July 31	All GOLD/SILVER Level sponsors need to have the names of their exemption(s) to the tournament staff along with their address, phone, handicap, email address etc.... Call Dave at 598-7445 to provide the information or email to dshilly@cox.net
August 12 - August 14	Course set-up at Platteview CC. All banners, signage etc....
August 15	Day one of the tournament. Play begins at 7:00 AM.
August 16	Day two of the tournament, play begins at 7:00 AM. Awards Presentation begins after completion of play at approximately 6:30 PM.
August 17 - August 22	Cox Communications and ESPN Radio 1620 begin running Spot #3. THANKING the SPONSORS and golf community for their support of your tournament. The TV Spots will run on the Golf Channel
